What data and why

We process only the data you send us through the forms on this website:

Product enquiry — name, e-mail, product name and the text of the enquiry. Purpose: handling the enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in communicating with the enquirer.
Event registration — name, e-mail, phone. Purpose: organising the event. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to it.
Contact form — name, e-mail, phone, message. Purpose: replying to the message.
Adverse drug reaction report — name, e-mail, phone, product name and description of the reaction. Purpose: compliance with pharmacovigilance obligations under Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on pharmaceuticals.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

⚠️ For adverse reaction reports the processing is required by law, so the right to erasure does not apply.
